Fantastic holiday, once we moved room.

Great location, very friendly staff, food on the whole was great, if you get the right room, then it’s excellent.

If you don’t get an updated room, then the rooms are very poor, tired and have a musty, unpleasant smell.

I truly enjoyed the amazing gardens and views over the ocean. The elevator built into the cliff and taking clients to the beach was a nice surprise.

Wonderfully relaxing stay in La Gomera with everything you need on site.

Beautiful gardens surround the hotel and the ambience is calm and relaxing. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are large and comfortable with a balcony and mini bar.

Dinner time was busy. If you want a more intimate dining experience I would recommend one of the smaller restaurants.

Sunshine, beaches and pool with a delightful harbour town nearby, one Hotel on my revisit list.

Beautiful Location overlooking the sea. Great facilities ideal for a holiday in the sun. Very relaxed atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff.

This is our second visit to this hotel and we will definitely be back.

We had two superior double rooms which were spacious, light and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable with high-quality sheets and good pillows. The staff are very kind and helpful and we found the breakfast buffet to be one of the best we have ever had in a hotel.

The pool was overcrowded with not enough sun loungers.

Nice room - very good breakfast - lots of variety; one of the few that does an extra effort. Enjoyable outdoor seating possible.

the hotel is so huge, difficult to find your way / if you wanted to eat diner and you did not want to eat at the main one which had buffet only, you had to make a reservation online / I found the whole experience of online booking rather unpersonal and prefer flexibility.

Will definitely return.

The room was very comfortable with a beautiful sea view. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious with good lighting and plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was amazing and delicious with a huge choice. The hotel staff are helpful, friendly and professional and the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently. There is lots to do at this hotel- including a daily schedule of classes such as yoga and gym classes. The gym itself is very well equipped with plenty of up-to-date equipment.There is often evening entertainment in the bar area.

The only negative is the food at the pool bar consists of sandwiches only. The ones we had were not great. It would be good to have a few salad options.

A good place to base yourself to explore beautiful La Gomera!

Location is really good, the beach club, staff and pool were excellent & the view from our balcony was fabulous. The mini bar was well managed, the restaurant team were very helpful.

The superior room we had was tired and in need of refurbishment in particular the bathroom.

Breakfast superb. Dinner choices in principle restaurant disappointing but other restaurants excellent.

recommend to pick the location of your room in advance

location, facilities, staff, pool, breakfast, bar, gym, the harbour and restaurants in the harbour. Shane we weren’t here long enough to try resort food. we will be back for longer.

our first room smelt and we had to be moved. check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am. meaning your first day is not a full day. hurts when only staying one night. By the time we were in our room and checked in most of the day has gone. this is our second time here and we would come back. the first time was 3 days. next time will be a week.

Convenient for 2 nights but wouldn't stay again unless absolutely necessary.

The location was lovely but the room badly needed refurbishing.

The hanging rail in the wardrobe wS way too high. You had to pay extra for use of the room safe and the TV.

Wonderful

Very accommodating staff and beautiful property. Must adventure off the main property into town and eat at Kuss!

Had to change rooms as the first room wasn't what we expected. Was told we would have a balcony but was on the ground level. They were able to change our room with no cost, the second room was great! Golfing did not have food or drinks on the course so make sure you come prepared with food and water
